VKCTE celebrated Universal Brotherhood Day in the college Multipurpose Hall on 11 th September’2023.The celebration was attended by the Chief Guest – Prof Ajay Kumar Mishra ,SLO,NSS cum academic In charge ,Directorate of Higher & Technical Education ,Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, Guest of Hon-Priyanka Didi ,Saha Prant Sangatak ,Vivekananda Kendra Arunachal Prant ,Principal ,VKCTE ,Teaching ,Non Teaching staff and Trainees of the college .

The programme was started at 10.00 am with three Om Karas followed by lighting of the lamp by the delegates, welcome speech and felicitation of the Guest. The Principal of VKCTE delivered a speech on the importance of Universal Brotherhood Day and also have mentioned why we should feel proud that an Indian on foreign soil stoned the name of our country in front of the whole world. The Guest of Honor Priyanka Didi also mentioned about the background of Universal Brotherhood Day and stated the hardship Swami ji faced during that time. The Chief Guest in his speech stated the importance of Patriotism in the young minds and also stated the importance of Man Making Education.

The event included cultural group dance, patriotic group song, semi classical dance performed by the 1 st & 3 rd semester trainees .A quiz competition on the life of Swami Ji was conducted between 1 st & 3rd semester trainees. During the programme Vijay Hi Vijay poster was launched in the presence of delegates.

The programme was concluded with Vote of Thanks and Shanti Mantra at 2.00 pm.
